Pinterest Review: An Explanation
VCR. VHS. Cassette Tapes. Land Lines.Gameboy. Blog Hopping. What do these things have in common? They are all things that are no longer known today. My kids will grow up asking me what a cassette tape is, and it will blow their minds that we used to watch movies from a big rectangle made of plastic, called a VHS tape. They will go crazy knowing that we used to have to choose between using the phone and internet because it was through the same line. This is just like what we did in the life before Pinterest. We'll call it LBP. It's hard to believe it was just a couple years ago. You know the times. Hopping from one blog to the next. Having about 15 different windows open, each with 10 tabs. I just counted my bookmarks that are saved on my little laptop, and there are over 50. It seems similar to Pinterest, but the downfall is I can't remember why I bookmarked those pages. The beauty of Pinterest is that is allows you to organize the blog posts based on any subject you want, and it includes a picture of what it is you wanted to remember about the blog. Its one of those ideas like Netflix or Pandora we all wished we would of thought of, because by now the creators of Pinterest are probably rolling in it. So, the point of this love novel is to say that we, along with the rest of the world, love Pinterest because of the awesome ideas we find on there. So much so, that we are going to try these ideas, and find out on our own if they work or not. Tune in with us week to week as we try the recipes, cleaning tricks, organization tips, and of course the cute crafts we want in our homes!***These posts will be found in the Pinterest Review Tab to the right of our Shop tab. ***
